Directions for Use: Take 3 capsules twice daily.  For best results take the second dose 30 minutes to 2 hours before sexual activity.  For jump start and maximum effect take 6 caps twice daily for the first two days.  If too powerful, only take before sexual activity. Gentle on the stomach and can be taken with or without food.
